Hi Michael

If you are sufficiently interested, we encourage you to submit an
updated SlackBuild for libgphoto2 which addresses these issues.

We, the admins, don't usually modify entries in the repository ourself
(unless we have a direct use for it) and instead wait for the original
submitter or an interested other to send us fixes/updates.
