[Slackbuilds-users] libgphoto2: update to version 2.4.0

A new version (2.4.0) of libgphoto2 is available. 

- Patching of print-camera-list.c isn't necessary anymore
- The syntax of print-camera-list has changed (udev-rules-0.98 doesn't exist anymore)

In order to create udev-rules, the following syntax has to be used:
"print-camera-list udev-rules mode 0660 group plugdev" for udev versions >= 0.98 and
" print-camera-list udev-rules version pre-0.98 group plugdev" for udev version < 0.98
