[Slackbuilds-users] SBo SlackBuilds and Slackware 12.2 /testing

I thought it would be good to start a new thread on this issue.
What is the verdict for SlackBuilds that have corresponding packages in /testing (boost, qt4, etc)? As has been already pointed out, there are significant differences with some of them, and this can cause other SlackBuilds that use them as dependencies to fail.
I suppose if they are taken out of the 12.2 repo users could just potentially use the last SlackBuild in the 12.1 repo. Or, perhaps SBo could open up a compatibility repo that contains just those SlackBuilds that have incompatible packages in /testing. These SlackBuilds could maintain the same version as the official corresponding Slackware (therefore very stable) package. That way, maintenance would be only for security updates. Yet another alternative is that Pat would tweak his build scripts to keep them compatible (if feasible considering the pending 12.2 release).
