flashplugin-lahf-fix (source @ slackware.dreamhost.com has gone)

freealut (connect.creativelabs.com unresolvable for openal)
geshi (ignum.dl.sourceforge.net unreachable)
gnome-vfsmm (dep libbonobo fails)
gtkglextmm (?)
gtkhtml (dep libbonobo fails)
lgi (tarball/source dir name mismatch)
libEMF (does not build on 64bit)
libcitadel (404 on source)
libgadu (source not in gzip format)

Ken mentioned a couple of weeks ago that he had lost slackware.dreamhost.com.
I'll ask him if he has an alt location next time he's in IRC.
