It turned out that Ubuntu distributes both sources, the original one and
the one modified by Debian. So, I'll use
http://ftp.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/universe/m/minidjvu/minidjvu_0.8.svn.2010.05.06.orig.tar.gz
