Needs to actually be 'Wget/1.14 (linux-gnu)' or similar, for dropbox. My
fingers are in the habit of typing "--user-agent wget" for sourceforge,
which works there, but not dropbox...

I remember it being mentioned, but not sure if it was mentioned in the
submission guidelines on the site.

I like doing this in my builds:

tar xvf $PRGNAM-$VERSION.tar.gz || tar xvf v$VERSION.tar.gz

Maybe another item for the guidelines?
