Thanks, I've been trying to track this down but haven't had too much
time.  Thanks for the heads up.  I've already submitted an update for
version 2.0.0 so can't fix this until it's flushed from the update
queue.  If you can send me the patch I'll make sure to incorporate it
for the 2.0.1 update.
