I think you can use
https://github.com/leonsoft-kras/transmisson-remote-gui/archive/v5.5.0/transmisson-remote-gui-5.5.0.tar.gz

tested on browser and plain wget it resulted as a
transmisson-remote-gui-5.5.0.tar.gz
