Yep, but it wasn't clear to me ;-)

Now I know that it is about user interface only.
I actually built with en-US and all the currency/etc. stuff works as 
expected with other languages, so that's what I wanted.

That was meant to be a joke, me being pl native speaker ;-)
I phrased it "programming error" for the purpose of play ;-)
