/usr/bin/clamav-unofficial-sigs.sh has to be excuted as user clamav, i 
suggest to don't use the cron-script from upstream, but put the 
following in /var/spool/cron/crontabs/clamav:
12 * * * * /usr/bin/clamav-unofficial-sigs.sh
