Looks like a typo in the DOWNLOAD url. It should be:

https://github.com/dylanaraps/neofetch/archive/3.0.1/neofetch-3.0.1.tar.gz

(not
https://github.com/dylanaraps/neofetch/archive/3.0.1/neofetch-3.0.tar.gz)
