If you get a few minutes, you might try updating the database one step at a
time. You are going from 1.30.4 right to 1.31.1, however there is a decent
amount of updates in the 1.31.0 db file. Try updating the db to 1.31.0 and
then to 1.31.1 and see if it makes a difference. When I get a chance I will
spin up a VM with 1.30.4 and see if I cant replicate your issue.
