[Slackbuilds-users] ffmpeg4 not building

Hi Luveh,

I checked ffmpeg, ffmpeg3 builds with opencv-legacy.
The readme of ffmpeg4 does not mention this detail BTW.

The ffmpeg4 of slackware64-current builds without the need of openvc
though.
