[Slackbuilds-users] ffmpeg4 not building

Like I reported, 14.2 ffmpeg4 will not build with opencv, but it will with
opencv-legacy - provided that opencv-legacy is built before tesseract.
opencv (or opencv-legacy) is anyway optional for ffmpeg (both 3 and 4).
