Can you not use one of zulu-openjdk8, zulu-openjdk11, zulu-openjdk17?
These are pain-free, just download and create package.

Nothing in the repo actually depends on jdk, we went to some trouble
to test everything with zulu-openjdk* during the pre-15.0 dev cycle.
