[Slackbuilds-users] skypeforlinux cannot be fetched

skype moved the skype4linux packages to snap and no longer provides new
ones as debs or rpms. The latest snap version is at the time of writing
8.115.0.215.

I have tried to figure out how to get the url for these but don't know
anything about snaps so failed.
