[Slackbuilds-users] libopenshot not building

libabsl* (not libasl*, note the b in there) comes from abseil-cpp. For 
15.0 that's a SlackBuild from SlackBuilds.org, for -current it's part of 
Slackware.

And it's a dependency of protobuf, for which the same is true (protobuf3
on SlackBuilds.org for 15.0). That's why /usr/bin/protoc can't run
without it.
