The $DOWNLOAD url for mplayerplug-in works for me with:

$ wget -T 5 http://dl.sourceforge.net/mplayerplug-in/mplayerplug-in-3.40.tar.gz

Even if i make use of 'wget -T 1' it works too :)

Also http://download.sourceforge.net/mplayerplug-in/mplayerplug-in-3.40.tar.gz works with 'wget -T 5' too.

BTW, http://mir1.ovh.net/mplayerplug-in/mplayerplug-in-3.40.tar.gz dosen't work because http://mir1.ovh.net/mplayerplug-in/ dosen't exist in that server.

And finally, the last two urls works without '-T 5', so my recomendation is make use of '-T 5'. ;)
