office/openoffice.org: Uncommented the chown line in the build script.
  This was a relic from my testing of the script (as a normal user);
  I'd already corrected it elsewhere, but I forgot about this location.
  Thanks to eroc for the reminder!  If you had previously built and
  installed a package with the older script, you will need to rebuild it
  with the new one.  Sorry about that... :/  --rworkman
