[Slackbuilds-users] updated/orphaned packages

If anyone wants ded, cm_tools, td_lib, newsbeuter, stfl, w3m, or
root-tail, they're welcome to them. If no one adopts them (small
surprise) I might keep up with them anyway, but can't guarantee it.

The rest of my packages are either in the 13.0 repo or will be uploaded
for that repo today and I'll keep on keeping on with those.
