[Slackbuilds-users] postgresql and pgadmin3 version compatibility

Basically, for the last few versions pgAdmin follows the PostgreSQL
release, so we have pairs (1.12, 9.0), (1.14, 9.1), (1.16, 9.2).

It's also safe to use "new" pgAdmin on older PostgreSQL version.
