Some games with 64-bit binaries have trouble with the Steam social
stuff, overlay and badges, for example, so you lose some of the Steam
Client integration. Hammerwatch is a typical example.  This has been our
experience here on 3 separate systems.

Perhaps those on this list can share their 32 vs. 64 Steam experience on
the Slackware Steam group forum.  It would be interesting compile a list
of what does and does not work properly - and which arch gets
autodetected and subsequently run.
