	You can install both in parallel

	pepperflash-plugin => PPAPI-based => chrome
	flashplayer-plugin => NPAPI-based => firefox

	but my recommendation is to not install neither unless you
really need for some site.

	most important sites already use html5 instead of flash, only
older sites may require flash. By not having flash, everyone pressure
those sites to remove the flash, while having it installed not only
it's always a security issue, but give then the excuse to keep those
flash sites working.

	If you want to install it, remember to keep it updated as
almost all updates are security updates and make sure that flash
always ask before running (it is already the default), so you have
to click to start use the flash and it do not start automatically:

Naturally the common people don't want war... but after all it is the
leaders of a country who determine the policy, and it is always a
simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or
a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship.
Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of
the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are
being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and
exposing the country to danger. It works the same in every country.
