Hi,

here comes another batch of updates along with some highlight
- nodejs and nodejs6 have been bumped to the latest LTS release 8.10.0
and 6.13.1 and vscode 1.21.0 is now working with latest nodejs. We will
keep nodejs6 for some time, but my plan is to remove them in the next
cycle since no other scripts depends on it currently.
- letsencrypt 0.22.0 now supports wildcards certs, but i personally
haven't tried this feature yet, so no updates on the documentation for now.
- wxGTK3 is now at 3.0.4
- Matteo is mirroring more sources in his repository for backups
- stansoft is updated to 7.13 and this is personally maintained by the
company that develop it.
