[Slackbuilds-users] dateutils seems abandoned - i'm willing to help out

hi fellow slackers, 

Just a heads up... I've sent multiple emails to the maintainer of
http://slackbuilds.org/repository/14.2/system/dateutils/
It has been almost a week and I have not heard any response. 

I have recently started to use this utility - the current slackbuild is over 2 years old and seems as it may be abandoned.
'dateutils' has had many updates but our slackbuild has not kept up w/ any of them.
In particular; v0.4.2 has a bad formatting bug that is fixed in more recent versions. 

I submitted an updated slackbuild
and I'm willing to take over as the new maintainer -- if we don't hear
any response from the current one.
