[Slackbuilds-users] GDAL build with version 2.4.0

I downloaded the build for gdal, but upped the software version to
match the latest (at this time) source (2.4.0).

The build script gdal.SlackBuild has a mismatch bug - in the GDAL
software package they have corrected a misspelled filename 'COMMITERS'
to 'COMMITTERS'.

I edited the gdal.SlackBuild to reflect this on the package build - all good.
