[Slackbuilds-users] newsboat fun

Finally got this built.
sbopkg can't build all of it though.
I built stfl in sbopkg separately and needed to run gem install
asciidoctor before sbopkg -i newsboat was able to build newsboat.
No problem though, things like this make life interesting here.

There's no qui package for ruby/asciidoctor which is why gem had to be
run.
