[Slackbuilds-users] Another library question

I have OpenBLAS-0.3.12-x86_64-1_SBo installed. But both LAPACK and grass
cannot find BLAS installed. The BLAS SBo page suggests that OpenBLAS is a
viable substitute: "Note: If you want good performance, then use the BLAS
libraries provided by your CPU vendor, or OpenBLAS or atlas provided by
SlackBuilds.org."

I'd like to understand why OpenBLAS is not seen as an acceptable substitute
for BLAS. Anyone know?
