[Slackbuilds-users] Guide on how to format github downloads?

I may be mis-remembering, but I swear there was a guide on the 
slackbuilds.org website that explained how to format a github URL to get 
a wget friendly tarball. I've tried looking it up on basically every 
search engine, and reading every page on the main website, but no dice.


If it exists, can someone link me to it?
