Looking at the git log, Oleg O. Chukaev hasn't updated anything in 5
years. Last activity was:

     graphics/optipng: Updated for version 0.7.7.

So I'd say optipng is up for grabs. If you (Red Rozenglass) want to
take it over, you're welcome to. If not, it's open for whoever wants
it.
