[Slackbuilds-users] Upgrade Request for graphics/optipng, Maintainer Email Bounce

Hi,
for convmv a simple VERSION bump seems to suffice, even though the major 
version increased. Though I don't have a usecase right now to test it 
with. (I thought I had.)
