[Slackbuilds-users] How do I get a UID/GID assigned?

Hi,

I am writing a new package for gotify, and need a UID and GID for a
"gotify" user.

This is my first slackbuilds package, so I am unsure as to the procedure
on how to get one assigned.

Could someone help me?
