is it really necessary to rename a scripts?
if it's a yes, then you need to submit a new script over submission form 
and you can delete the old one in a PR

otherwise, let's just keep the script name so users doesn't need to 
tackle with trivial renames.
I kept my certbot script as letsencrypt since people have been using it 
for some time and it still works so i kept it.
