Derp. You're right. I dunno when that happened (I didn't do anything
to disable it) but somehow I have lost IPv6 at my house... *shrug*,
I never missed it until now. Likely an ISP issue.
Trying it from another host elsewhere (that *does* have IPv6 working),
I get 'connection refused' for the IPv6 address, and it works fine
with the IPv4 one.
Checking on the server... the ftp daemon just isn't listening on the
IPv6 address. Consider this escalated. The two potential fixes are
(a) fix the daemon so it listens on IPv6 also, or (b) get rid of the
AAAA record in DNS, so clients quit trying to use v6. I know which I'd
prefer, but it's not my call.
