Yes, it should be consistent, but sometimes i deleted the script in the
database and filesystem before the public update with the assumption
that nobody checks CHECKSUMS.md5 everyday :)
that's just precautions because we often forgot to delete the scripts in
the database and filesystems after it's removed from git in the past
