What you're talking about is $PRGNAM-$VERSION-$ARCH-$BUILD$TAG.$PKGTYPE format in its entirety. The topic, however, is whether $PGRNAM should be prgnam or prgnam-bin for scripts that just repackage pre-built binaries.
