[Slackbuilds-users] Updating msgpack-python while ensuring its dependees still work correctly

Hello,

in order to update borgbackup, I need an updated version of msgpack-python.

However, I see that there are quite some other scripts that depend on 
msgpack-python.
I'm unable to test if they work correctly with updated version of 
msgpack-python - there are too many of them and I don't use any.

How can we approach that?
