[Slackbuilds-users] Fwd: Please update 3proxy on SBo

Got a permission to take over on GitHub. However, there's one more thing.

In version 0.9 3proxy started using chroot by default. For that it needs a separate user and group, which default to proxy/proxy. Such user/group currently doesn't exist in uid_gid.txt. So I'm asking to add them to the list of UID/GID on SBo. It seems that the next available UID/GID is 396.
