[Slackbuilds-users] Some necessary changes to build a newer version of gpsd

FYI, upstream now seems more interested in fixing the problems that
Niels noticed than in releasing a new version.  This is praiseworthy,
but not immediately productive, so I just submitted 2.94 to SBo.
