Well, you can get Eric Hameleers' gcc/g++ 3.4.6 compatibility packages
from http://slackware.com/~alien/slackbuilds/gcc34/ -- they will not
interfere with the stock gcc packages on 12.0 at all.

Of course, this is not really an official solution for SlackBuilds.org
at the moment, but it should work.
