Hi,

The fscaps package doesn't work on stock Slackware 12.2
Please remove.

I'm pretty sure it _did_ work with some libcap and kernel
versions, however it as its broken now...
If anyone happens to be using that i'd sugest they either upgrade
to the current default packages, and link [gs]etcap to [gs]etfcaps
(for backward compatibility) or maintain those tools locally .

This is how it works on stock Slackware 12.2 as is:
