[Slackbuilds-users] rsnapshot Update

I tried contacting Sean Donner about an rsnapshot update, but my email
bounced back.  Hopefully he checks the list.  I'd be willing to take
over the maintenance if he isn't interested anymore.

Also, the comment on top of rsnapshot.SlackBuilds says the following
"# Slackware build script for VDE2"
