We are back to our normal weekend public updates and not so many updates
this time, but we do have ownership fixes from Sebastian. This is also a
good reminder for all maintainers NOT TO USE cp -a when trying to copy
something from $CWD or else it will have a strange owner instead of
root. If you want to copy things from the directory that the source
created, cp -a is fine. Since this is harmless, i didn't bump the BUILD
number.

Larry has just pushed a new stable release of nginx which is now at
1.12.1 and this also contains security vulnerabilties. Make sure you
update it as soon as possible if you are using nginx. He also pushed a
new major version of Calibre which is now based on 3.3.x branch. Please
note there's dependency addition for calibre.

Skaendo has also pushed PaleMoon updates which brings better multimedia
support. We also have other browser updates (opera, vivaldi, slimjet,
opera).
