Far as I know, the best way to rename a slackbuild is to submit it as
a new build, and request that the old one be removed.

If you do this, I recommend adding the old name (cpuinfo2cpuflags) as
a keyword, when you submit the new one. So people searching for it by
its old name will still be able to find it.
