That's what it's listed as already... but it's a lie: the configure
script errors out if you try to build without postgres. I can fix that
either by adding postgres as a required dep, or by passing an extra
--with-postgresql=no if the SlackBuild contains code to auto-detect
postgresql. Just trying to decide which is better. From what you say,
I guess the 2nd choice is better.
