[Slackbuilds-users] libconfig update to 1.8

libconfig is being updated to 1.8 on the next update (this
weekend). It looks like a pretty minimal change, and shouldn't break
anything...

They all build correctly with the new libconfig. I haven't done much
run-testing because I don't know how to use all this software, and I
assume you guys (the maintainers) do know how.

If you're the maintainer of one of these builds, please test it with
the new libconfig and let me know if there are any problems.
