[Slackbuilds-users] The name of buf SlackBuild

I contacted maintainers of buf [Ebben Aries] and dart-sdk [Zhu Qun-Ying] (it needs updating and also doesn't have any dependees) a couple of days ago, still waiting for their replies. Both of them seem pretty active on SBo, so let's not rush. If neither responds within two weeks I'll post here again, maybe my email got filtered by their servers.

I'm not particularly interested in buf, it's just a build dependency I had to tackle. Although it was interesting to figure out how to build go packages offline. I'm not too happy with solution I chose, but it works and the alternative is to figure out how packaging go modules works from the inside (like I did with rust), and I don't have resources for that at the moment. I'll be fine with submitting my script but I won't be keen on updating it unless something breaks.
